live in an open carry state, and very rarely see anyone exercise that right. As you might guess I do live in one of the western states where everyone is carrying open during hunting season or round-up LOL. I personally view the matter as one of privacy, NUNYA nunya business if I am armed or not, the very first thing I want you to see is bang if I must draw on you. So just personal preference, I certainly do take note when I see someone who is carrying open. so for that fact, it does increases my awareness.
