I keep telling myself I'm not going to buy any guns

but in some 50+ years it's only gotten worse. The last I bought was a Kel-Tec .22 WMR that I had my feelers out for 4-5 years. When it was presented at a bargain, you got to do it. It also brought to light the neat and "different" thinking of that American company. I like weird things anyway. You know that.

This is an article on the Kel-tec 5.7. I may have to try one. Roman has a FN, that is OK but I'm not really crazy about it. However this strange beast is intriguing if only to take it apart and see how it works. Hardly anyone loads for 5.7 and I need to revisit why. I know it's blowback and some projectiles are "glued" in place. We'll see. Brass sure is cheap.

Dr. Dabbs is, in my personal opinion, the hands down best Gunwriter today. He's obviously smart, seems laid back, and has nothing to prove. No huge ego. I'd love to meet him. He just has to be a great (perhaps kookie) likeable guy. I find his writing well organized and he usually answers all my questions in an article, at least to an acceptable point. I need that.
