You can also seat longer bullets out to gain some pressure reducing capacity. I have a Redhawk .45ACP/LC that I actually shoot .45 Win. Mag using the full moon clips. It’s fantastic.

*Hey Ruger, you listening?! Come out with a fixed sight Redhawk or you have no hair on your butt! I kick myself for not collecting all those fixed sight FA83’s whe no one wanted them! I always liked a rugged wheelgun that the sights never shifted.
