It won’t chamber on some. I can straighten most of them out. I think I have it figured out. But others will be a bitten chunk. Those you maybe could just chamber with the good rim on the extractor.

I admit it is perplexing how some could be beaten into this state. They look never to have been fired, nor factory annealed. Maybe late production line scrap? I need to ask the fellow more about how he came into them.

My hopes (mostly just for the challenge) is to later post pictures of perfect reworked cases. Wouldn’t that be satisfying?!
