It's shooting rainbow colored groups!

Seriously I'm not used to shooting with a covering "dot". I'm wondering if I can use it like a front sight adjusting the bullet to hit right atop the dot? It's hard to shoot a small group totally covering your target.

This was sighting in yesterday a 33 yds. (Inches move X 0.5 MOA clicks X 3)
