the little bit of effort required to make cases puts some guys off. Gary revised the idea and came up with the .321 that is as easy to form as sizing cases, that you need to do anyway. The performance difference in the 20% capacity difference will likely go unnoticed unless you shoot every shot over a chronograph, it's just numbers anyway.

There is a ratio of neck down to case total diameter that is agreeable to the revolver application. The .321 should fare even better with less diameter. I love my .300 GNR but the .321 would make life lots easier. I only have to commission a new cylinder for my custom six-gun.
