Now...I used a 460rowland covered Colt 1911 Ser70GM at HHC and really enjoyed using it. It carried like the old friend it is, different than my Reeder BH conversions. I had it built in 1980s for an IPSC gun and had Bomar sights installed in the buried position (the cool thing to do st the time). At HHC, I used 11.5gr of Longshot under a 230gr xtp. At 1260fps it’s pretty decisive! I liked using a semi for the hunt amd will again!!!
