the economy, cheaper than .22 WMR by 20-25% around here. I have 4-5 of them and find them easy to shoot. No need to try to load 9mm right now, just hoard up the brass!

There are small companies that still re-manufacture .38 special for bulk discounts. I'd not be afraid of it. Also as licensed reloaders many give discounts if you send your brass back. No 11% excise tax charges required to load brass you own. The 11% excise tax is Federal, there may even be local taxes too.
