Rule #2..send the gun back to Ruger along with a couple of rounds of ammo that misfired and let them fix it. Relying on aftermarket gimmicks just wastes your money.

One thing you might try before you send it back is clean the recess in the chamber where the rim sits. If you have been shooting that soft shit ammo you can get some lead down in that recess and that acts like a buffer. When the firing pin hits the rim the rim mashes into that soft lead and gives just enough to cause a misfire. make sure that recess is clean and that the rim of the round drops down into it fully.,

Another tip is never ever shoot that black nose 22 LR ammo in any semi auto. Always shoot the copper or brass colored ammo. The black nose is fine for bolt actions or pumps but never in a semi auto.
