I had a mount on my Crossman long ago

It was a cheap stamped sheet metal clamp affair. I have seen some cottage built clamping aluminum types that go around the barrel. It should not be that hard to make one either but if you can find one ready made...

It has no recoil so if it holds it enough to not slip while you are pumping that should do.

I posted about an inexpensive .22 cal. Crossman I bought a couple weeks ago. Just go ahead and order you one! It comes with a 4X32 scope AND mounts in the box for $70 total. I have not chronographed it yet but the box says 950 fps and I think it will really be close to 900 with a 20 gr. pellet. Roman and I both peeled a quart paint can off a fence post at 75 yds with almost no hold over. It went through both sides. The "silencer" built into the barrel really works, just a muffled thump. The "Nitro" piston power plant is so much smoother shooting than a spring piston. You have got to get one!

Crossman Redtail .22 cal. (the .177 are not on sale right now just .22 cal.)
