It works great. But the gun was built for scope use. Don’t know anything about the Benjamin set up. The Weaver is one of the few rifle scopes that can withstand the reverse recoil of the spring piston guns. It also has enough elevation adjustment for an air gun. I have looked into air gun scopes some. Looks like you can get all you would need for under $200 but can’t say from experience, cause I have been using the Weaver for years.
