Reeder Custom Guns - Hearing loss

I am out of luck talking on the phone. I need a RMA number from them to return it.
The audio level on their phone system sounds like they are out in the barn. You get in the system and go round and round.
I tried emailing them again explaining the problem and no luck. I was hoping they would send me a box for return.
