I used a 375 H&H. Win M-70 in stainless. Kneeling at 80 yds, bear was facing me, quartering a bit to the left. I put one inside its left shoulder, which took out the heart and exited the right flank ahead of his hip. Bear did a 180 and I hit it again behind its right shoulder, with the bullet remaining in the body. The guide then shot it in the right shoulder but it was already DRT. The insurance shot I put into it while walking up on it wasn't needed either--didn't really move from where it was first hit. Guide estimated it at 1200 lbs and 15-20 years old.
