I'll give you a cogent example. One day at the school one young lady was walking very listlessly. She seemed to be out of it as if she were drunk or stones. I knew her and chatted for a bit.
It turns out she has Lyme Disease. She is tired all the time and weak.
How did she get it?
Walking barefoot in the back yard.
