Hell if this country keeps spreadin out there won't be nowhere to shoot "long range"! I'm in Oklahoma and there might be a handful of places to shoot 1000 yds,I dont know them Personally. I'm lucky to get a good 100 yds, most hunting here central and east is closer, mostly bow range. I whole heartedly believe most deer killed in this state are with a good ol' fashion bumper, up close and personal. And I'll add that with all this hyperbole most have not ever placed off an actual mile just to "see" what it looks like.
