the opening where the transfer bar runs up and down. The 321 GNR uses the 357 Magnum case which has a large rim and when we open up the loading gate recess we cut into that transfer bar recess. The old model is solid in that area with no transfer bar recess so it will work with the larger 357 Magnum rim.
