Take it to someone that works on the older (for lack of a better term, pot metal) frames. It is not really pot metal, just a cheaper casting. The frame won't blue in most cases. It can be color cased or industrial chromed but not blued. But if this guy can't put the internals in a Ruger MK 3, or any Ruger semi auto 22 pistol, don't take anything else to him.
