I'm not a model 29 fan but a good hand gun. I have 22 lever actions and not one a WINCHESTER or big loop. I have learned on my own what works for me. Yes, WB Mausers are good rifles as many others. I don't hold much faith in semi auto's but I have a DPMS and a Glock. I put my money on Thompson, Ruger and Old Marlins. Yes I've had other makes that were good. Ithaca, weather by and Brownings. And Savage. But my go to for ruggedness and reliability made in America Ruger and Marlin are where my poor but puts his money.
