nothing to do with being scared of your wife. The answer to being afraid of your wife is not to stay single. There are a lot of great reasons to get married. The answer is being a companion in the marriage and while you are at it, growing a set of balls instead of turning into a whining little cry baby afraid of the wrath of the missus.
Two of the guys that wanted to go on one of our recent Africa hunts had to ask their wives and they both bailed out saying their wives wouldn't let them go. That was good as I could never have any respect for them after that.
