each of us having our own personal $ and bank account. That way we don't have to get permission or justify our purchases and it doesn't come out of the household budget. She has consulting jobs to fund her horse. I have a small amount of each paycheck and my bonuses deposited into my personal bank account for the next Reeder gun and hunts. Much less stress this way.
