26 OUNCES, 4-1/4". COMMANDERS ARE ALLOY FRAMED; COMBAT COMMANDERS ARE STEEL BUT THE DIFFERENCE HAS BECOME BLURRED OVER THE DECADES SINCE THE 1950s. BARREL LENGTH DIFFERENCE IS 3/4". HOW MUCH DIFFERENCE LENGTH AND WEIGHT MAKES IS STRICTLY PERSONAL.
