Brass expands to grip the chambers, then hopefully, relaxes to release for extraction. Is the chamber "tighter" than others. You can test this by trying other cases fired from other chambers. It may be as simple as polishing out some rough spots with Flitz compound, or sending it back to Ruger, for them to chase the chamber with the reamer again.
