It is not unusual for one or two chambers to be a bit tight. The cylinder itself could easily have a hot spot where the metal is harder than the rest of the cylinder. This causes problems. If you have a Dremel tool with a polishing bit then put some polish on it and polish out the chambers. If all else fails send it to me and I will polish out the chambers and get it right back to you the same day. No charge.
