A 9-shot WMR High Standard Sentinel. I figure they have the classic two-finger to fire DA mode but usually SA is fine. Interesting pawl gear and usually good shooters. Who would not enjoy a 9-shot .22 Mag. trail gun. But usually they are higher than a cat's back, $$$. Most chain discount stores carried the line from the 50's on. They were not expensive back then.

I like both the 4" with adjustable sights (handsome gun)and the snubbie fixed sights. Back in the 50's they also made these different colored guns like modern Charter Arms. Not much new today.

This pic is a .22 LR but the same thing was done in WMR.

Why pay $700 for a S&W when they have this for 50%, and it holds more rounds?
