I looked up a recipe for it. Sounded good. Yesterday I had to stay home so... I made a loaf of sourdough bread, corned beef Reuben fritters and Cajun gravy. Left out the cayenne. I'll be having that again. Was good. Next time with the cayenne.
You never know what your posts will lead to. I won't be eating any tree fungus though.
