I still think is is the finest derringer ever made in a pocket size gun.I used to carry one in a cowboy boot, alternating between it and my Budischowsky semi auto.

For a short time American Derringer made a double action 38 Special that was super slick. It was a copy of the High Standard derringer. A divorce robbed him of the company and I never saw any of the 38 specials again.
