They were Winchester and in a transparent red 50 rnd. box. They said lead free and were only 32 grs. for the 40 gr. bullet style. Faster too at like 1600 fps? The bullets were made of a tin alloy and very soft. Kind of gooped up my barrel. I aloxed the remainder and they did great. I think they would really tear up a squirrel though, head shots only (sorry Granny, no brains for your scrambled eggs).
It would be quite enterprising for someone to figure a ML lead free alternative other than sabots and homogeneous copper/brass based projectiles.
