ring on the cylinder is almost impossible to not have if you have a transfer bar. On the transfer bar guns as soon as you start to cock the gun the bolt underneath the cylinder pops up and rubs on the cylinder. We can shorten the bolt but if you cock the gun fast there is a chance it will miss the notch and slip past to the next chamber. So it is just something we have to live with. We gained a safer gun but got a light line on the cylinder.
