Max .338 GNR in two different guns, full length resizing after each shooting. Real abuse and it too many of those sessions to begin to show signs. Truly validating of the robust character of the .405 case and design of the .338 GNR that minimizes stretching even in undue stress! Like I said it takes almost abusive conditions.
That was extensive sessions working up loadings, repeating Max loads with the same brass, over and over. For hunting we use new brass FL sized to fit either gun to just drop right in and close easily. We both took trophy Blackbucks with handguns at the Y-O! Lifetime goals for a couple wanna-be hand gunners! 200 gr. Hornady at 2600 fps in handgun length barrels!
