Our money is losing its value at a very fast rate. It can get worse. We were in Mexico when the peso devalued rapidly. In the stores they had "ticker tape" type displays showing the current rate of exchange. Prices changed while you were checking out.
In Mozambique when I was there, the metical lost 50% of its value overnight. It was crazy.
We seem to be heading down that road.
