reminded me that I REALLY need to either file down my powder measure spout or get a smaller one. :-D I've never had the pleasure of playing with the brass framed versions, but have heard (and read) some of the stories. The main problem with these old sixguns is that they're musty. You play with one and you get the impression that you musty get yourself another'n.
