Coeur D' Alene is about a 3 hour drive west of my house. We have similar climates. The area has very low humidity. It's not even a thing on the news. As a result the snow in the higher elevations is small flakes, dry and fluffy. Some days I use a leaf blower to move snow.
In other news: This is our 4th warm winter in a row and yesterday I spotted the first bear of the season. Normally we don't see them until late April. Most guys don't hunt for them until May 1st where they can be spotted eating new grass on the avalanche chutes. When are you coming to visit?
