Bought it for $7.00 back about 1970. Was an 11mm and in rough shape. Dad made shells for it from .45-70's and shot it quite a bit. Later I stripped it and sent it to a friend who works on those things. He refinished the receiver .. made new wood for it .. I sent him a new .45-70 barrel and in the end it came out looking like a new gun.
I shot it some but was in the process of moving to Africa and I ended up selling it.
They are simple ... ain't nothing complicated about them .. good strong action ... very easy to use.
