the one you leave at home. I believe some of the best advice I got about carrying a gun was just carry it. It's difficult the find the "perfect" carry piece because handguns are defensive weapons whereas long guns are offensive (generally speaking). If you knew you were going to be in a gunfight, why not bring a rifle?
I like to remain consistent but sometimes I carry a compact 9mm, sometimes I carry a 357, sometimes I carry a full size, sometimes I carry a spare magazine with another gun wrapped around it. Most of the time I carry IWB but occasionally in a bag. Sometimes it isn't comfortable, but it is comforting.
