Period accessories. That's why I just couldn't re-thread that one screw. No sling swivels etc. Makes collectors go nuts. Boy the stock was screwed, pistol grip busted off, and even steel buttplate bent with toe broken off. The buttstock looks pretty good now, certainly functional.

I had a fleeting thought of doing nasty things like Jim Taylor might be inclined to consider. There would be a Winchester Collectors bounty on me for sure!
