Everything these days is a casting or partial

casting. All the parts I buy in bulk for our custon guns are a casting. When they get to me you can see the casting line on the back of the gripframes, and pretty much everything else is also a casting. We do our own barrels and cylinders but the rest of the parts need the CNC or CNC/manual labor.
That's where our work comes in. We make sure that each part is fully finished and then we take them, one piece at a time and fit those pieces into the frame or gripframe.

Right now I have almost 100 frames that are out of the casting and just needing the CNC work. My problem is I have almost $60,000 in frames and gripframes that need the CNC work but nobody wants the job. Those frames are our standard frames and our stretch frames. The older fellow that used to do our CNC work and our manual work has passed away and I haven't found anyone to do the work. The work is minor, mainly the screw holes in the gripframes, the frames threaded for the barrels and the pin holes in the frames. But no matter how minor it is, if nobody wants to work it still holds us up.
