using the same 410 xtp if I used starline brass it would literally move the shoulder out .001' just enough to keep the base of the case off of the cylinder. When firing that little bit of 'give' would cause a misfire. I also ran them through the FL sizer die again and while this eliminated the case seating issue, it caused the bullets to turn in the case. For those I, lightly, recrimped and fired them. I have since moved to remington brass and the problem was solved. I resized the starline brass back to 44 and use it in my milder loads.
