Didnt have an issue with function or accuracy. The 2 issues I did have with it were the weight and the noise. And by noise I mean that when I brought back the hammer or took it off of safe, there was a noticeably loud 'click'. 2 times it cost me the opportunity to shoot a buck. I was hunting in some close timber(pistol ranges) and when it came time to get handy, that little noise gave me up. I find that I can take a 1911 or an LAR or a revolver and quietly get it ready.
