I have owned both. I know the grizzly is out of production and LAR is out of business. Find a LAR Grizzly, it is a superior weapon, with a superior cartridge, 45 Win. Mag. There is really no comparison, the Grizzly is more accurate, lighter, more reliable, and has better sights.
