I found it more foregiving on loads, just as accurate and easier to carry. It was a hard chrome model with the 6.5" barrel. It really liked the lyman 454647 292 gr TC mold for heavy loads and the 250 XTP for mid. I never did find a load I was totally happy with in the Speer 260gr. Had it for about 15 years until my brother talked me out of it.
