can be done to about any old Marlin or such. A little custom touch make an old dog new and fun again. The 336 is an arguably superior mechanical device for shooting cartridges than the rose tinted and beloved Winchester. (I SAID ARGUABLY! Sheesh) I know Gary could take any customer's old lever gun and bob it to a pleasant 16.5" and install the customer's choice of aperture sights. Suddenly a safe soldier is brought forth and given new love!
