Homemade stand, knew it was getting rickety but was only about 8 foot high. I Was about 14 or 15 years old, hunting one evening after school. Took my old nef 20 ga single shot, sitting there about 30 minutes before dark, heard the crack and down I went into some laps left behind from some logging. Didnt get hurt, but plugged the shotgun barrel with about 6 inches of mud.
