and when I do clean I have an ultra sonic cleaner that fits most hand guns. Heat it up take the grips off and field strip. 30 minutes later it comes out clean as a whistle and lubed. Blow it off with shop air and it drys real fast. I still wipe down or grease where I think it might need it with some Remoil or Ballistol. Cleans the inside of barrels too.
