It was made back in the 40’s and I would be afraid to guess how many rounds have been through it. I know that I have put over 10K through it myself. Mine has digested everything. LR, Longs, and shorts with no issues. $175 sounds like a great deal. I found an original box (box only) at a gun show one time for $100.
