If I remember correctly, .008-.009" smaller.

I suppose base diameter has fluctuated through the years just like neck and throat measurements.

I bought 1,000 rds of brass just in case it changes over time. But, not even guaranteed all of mine came from the same batch.

No problems loading so far...
