They are fantastic quality. The 7.65 can be made from 06 brass. It was almost new when we began messing with it. A remnant of the pre-68 days. Bought at Sears for $18 and put back for lack of easy factory ammo. Norma ammo was $35, half of what the gun was worth in the mid 80’s.

We got dies but it swelled the case web, funky headspace from new? Expensive cases didn’t last long. We had a M98 7mm barrel laying around so the Gunsmith was summoned. I think it turned out well. It has a headcount of (6) Whitetails my friend just text’d and said. A custom Rigby Scout if you will!
