It's like getting slapped in the face with a wet towel when it goes off. I'd almost rather be kicked. I had a 15" braked .22-250 AI handgun once. Gosh! It was way more than I could handle. Roman even exclaimed "Boy dad, that's not even fun".

Not a bit of difference between it and the .220 Swift from what I can see. It's likely more efficient than the Swift. I just don't like a stick of dynamite going off a few feet in front of my face. BOOM!
