If it was reading other pieces you'd get two or three readings. I was getting both high and low odd ones. I think the skyscreens saw it as a 6" long bullet, starting the timer and ending it. Normally shotshells go without a hitch. But these are not loaded as typical shotshells. With the pellets loose and starting to string at 6-8 ft. the skyscreens are likely confused on s few shots.
My next attempt will be with encapsulated pellets in a .410 wad. We'll see how that goes.
