I'd try an RCBS .50 AE Sizing Die

I have the Lee dies and the sizer always resulted in stuck cases no matter what I did or what lube I tried. I bought an RCBS .50 AE sizer die and that solved my ptoblem. I still use the Lee expander and bullet seating die with no issues.
