what does it take to make them shoot .38 Super?

What about that round that is the rimless .38 Super (not that Hyper Win. round)? Seems using that brass for running a .38 Super gun would give best of all. The .38 Super Comp and .38 TJ, basically just modified .38 Super brass for greater reliability.
